Our pizzas are freshly made by hand, topped with local ingredients where possible, and cooked in one of our three wood-fired pizza ovens.
Some of the producers are located within the Cranbourne Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and others are within 30 miles of Shaftesbury. They include Kenson's Organic Veg, Dorset Charcuterie, Rosary Cheese, Blue Vinny Cheese, The Chilli Oil Company and Olives et Al.
